Fingerprinting Solutions Plus is committed to providing accurate, professional fingerprinting and related services. By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or using any service provided by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Once an appointment is scheduled, a payment is made, or a service is rendered, all fees are non-refundable except in the limited situations stated below.
Fees paid to Fingerprinting Solutions Plus cover time, scheduling, administrative work, technician expertise, equipment use, and service preparation. Because these resources are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not available for completed services, missed appointments, late arrivals, incorrect service selection, or failure to bring required identification or documentation.
No refunds will be issued because of:
- Missed appointments
- Late arrivals
- Incorrect service selection
- Failure to bring required identification or documentation
- Incorrect ORI, agency, or submission information provided by the client
- Agency rejection not caused by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus
- Delays caused by third-party agencies
- Client cancellation after booking
Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Fingerprinting Solutions Plus is unable to perform the service due to confirmed internal equipment failure or staff unavailability
If a refund is approved under one of these limited exceptions, the refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service.
No other exceptions apply.
Appointment Policy
Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
If a client:
- Arrives late (15 minutes or more)
- Misses the appointment
- Fails to satisfy service requirements
- Fails to present required identification or documentation
The appointment may be forfeited, and a new appointment with a new payment may be required.
Same-day and walk-in availability, when offered, is subject to scheduling capacity and is not guaranteed.
Services Provided
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus provides fingerprint collection and related administrative services, including but not limited to live scan fingerprinting, ink fingerprinting, FBI background check support, and other related services.
We provide fingerprint capture and submission support only. We do not act as the decision-maker for any employer, licensing board, government agency, background check authority, or other third party.
Service Scope Disclaimer
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus provides fingerprint collection services only.
We do not:
- Control processing times
- Influence background check results
- Guarantee agency acceptance
- Guarantee licensing, employment, certification, clearance, or approval outcomes
All final determinations are made solely by the receiving agency or other third party.
We focus on accurate capture so your submission is done right the first time.
Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for:
- Selecting the correct service
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Bringing all required identification and documentation
- Confirming agency requirements before the appointment
- Providing the correct ORI, routing, or submission information when required
- Reviewing submitted information for accuracy before completion
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus is not responsible for errors, delays, rejections, or additional fees caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied by the client.
No refunds will be issued for these errors.
Reprint Policy
If fingerprints are rejected due to a quality issue directly caused by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus, one reprint will be provided at no additional charge if the client notifies us within 14 days of the original appointment and provides reasonable proof of rejection.
A complimentary reprint will not be provided when rejection is caused by:
- Worn, faint, damaged, or hard-to-capture fingerprints
- Skin condition, age, scarring, dryness, or other client-specific fingerprint quality issues
- Incorrect information supplied by the client
- Agency-specific formatting or submission requirements outside standard fingerprint capture procedures
- Changes in agency requirements after the original appointment
Any additional reprints outside this policy may require an additional fee.
Our goal is to get your prints accepted the first time.
Third-Party Processing and Delays
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus may work with or submit information to third-party agencies, including but not limited to:
- FBI
- FDLE
- ATF
- State agencies
- Federal agencies
- Licensing boards
- Employers
- Other authorized entities
We are not responsible for:
- Processing delays
- Submission delays
- Rejections
- Lost or delayed records
- Agency processing backlogs
- Decisions made by third parties
- Changes in agency requirements
No Guarantees
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus does not guarantee:
- Acceptance of fingerprints by any agency
- Background check outcomes
- Processing times
- Eligibility determinations
- Approval, certification, licensing, employment, immigration, or clearance outcomes
Biometric Data Consent
By using our services, you consent to the capture, collection, use, and transmission of your biometric data, including fingerprints, for the purpose of completing the requested service and submitting information to authorized third parties when applicable.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Fingerprinting Solutions Plus may capture your biometric identifiers as part of the requested service
- Your biometric data may be transmitted to authorized agencies or service partners when required
- Fingerprinting Solutions Plus does not control how third parties store, process, use, or retain data after submission
- You are authorizing Fingerprinting Solutions Plus to collect and use your biometric data for the limited purpose of providing the requested service
Your information is handled professionally and submitted only as required.
Payment Terms
All payments are due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise stated in writing by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if payment is not completed or authorized.
Payment and Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you represent that the payment is authorized and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You agree:
- Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Fingerprinting Solutions Plus in good faith to attempt resolution
- That valid charges for booked or completed services are final and authorized
- That submitting a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent, unjustified, or abusive chargeback and to provide supporting documentation, including appointment records, payment records, service records, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in enforcement action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fingerprinting Solutions Plus shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
- Loss of income
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Loss of business opportunities
- Travel costs
- Filing fees
- Delay-related damages
- Third-party processing issues
Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Right to Refuse Service
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Non-compliance with service requirements
- Failure to present valid identification
- Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Safety concerns
- Suspected fraud
- Inability to complete the service properly
Force Majeure
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus is not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Power outages
- Internet or system failures
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Emergency conditions
- Equipment interruptions not reasonably preventable
- Third-party service outages
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
To the extent any court proceeding is permitted under these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree that venue shall lie exclusively in the appropriate state or local court located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus shall first be submitted to good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally.
If the matter is not resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The client agrees to waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or class-wide arbitration against Fingerprinting Solutions Plus.
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Recovery of Costs and Legal Fees
If Fingerprinting Solutions Plus takes action to enforce these Terms and Conditions or to respond to a wrongful chargeback, collection issue, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, the client agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to be responsible for the reasonable costs of enforcement, including attorney’s fees, court costs, arbitration costs, and collection fees, where recoverable.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you otherwise have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and authorize the requested service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
Fingerprinting Solutions Plus reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version posted on the website shall control.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, making payment, or using any service provided by Fingerprinting Solutions Plus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
